This website provides information about Mirage – The Event Venue in the Prater and enables users to book tickets for events organized by Tritsch-Tratsch Veranstaltungs GmbH.

All content on this website is carefully reviewed and updated on a regular basis. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Errors and changes are reserved.

Use of this website is at the user’s own risk. We do not assume any responsibility for the content of external websites linked from this site.

The reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content on this website is prohibited without prior written consent.

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT. Any service or shipping charges are displayed separately during the booking process. Price changes may occur until the booking is completed.

Events generally end at midnight. Any extension beyond midnight will incur an extension fee, the amount of which is determined based on the duration, staffing requirements, and technical effort involved. The extension fee will be invoiced separately and, unless otherwise agreed, is payable on site or subsequently.

Bookings made via our website, by phone, or by e-mail with Tritsch-Tratsch Veranstaltungs GmbH are binding.

After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via e-mail. For group bookings, availability must be checked first; a binding booking is only concluded once we have confirmed it.

Accepted payment methods are shown during the booking process (e.g., credit card, instant bank transfer, bank transfer).

Unless otherwise specified, the invoice amount is due immediately. If payment is not received in time, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.

In accordance with § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure services with a fixed date (e.g. events, shows, functions). Cancellation or refund of tickets already booked is therefore generally excluded. Only one voucher or discount code can be redeemed per order. It is not possible to combine multiple vouchers and discount codes. Vouchers: There is also no right of withdrawal for vouchers ordered via our partner shop (e-guma voucher & ticket system / Idea Creation GmbH), as these are digital or mailed vouchers, which are excluded from withdrawal in accordance with § 18 (1) Z 2 and Z 11 FAGG. Once the voucher has been ordered, cancellation or refund is not possible. Gift vouchers are only redeemable for the purchase of tickets.

Discount Codes: Discount codes apply exclusively to full-price tickets. They cannot be combined with discounted rates, special promotions, or vouchers.

Changing to a different date is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event, subject to availability. Returning or cancelling e-tickets is strictly excluded.

E-tickets are sent to the e-mail address provided during the booking process. Customers are responsible for providing a correct e-mail address.

If physical shipping is offered, shipping method, costs, and delivery times are shown during the booking process.

There is no entitlement to replacement or refund for lost, stolen, or unused tickets (e.g., in case of late arrival).

Tickets may be passed on or gifted privately. Commercial resale, or use of tickets for advertising or promotional purposes, is prohibited without the organizer’s prior written consent.

Late admission may only be possible during an intermission or not at all. Children under 5 years are not permitted to attend events. Additional age restrictions may apply depending on the event.

Changes to cast, program, or schedule, as well as adjustments to the starting time, do not entitle ticket holders to return their tickets.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure (e.g., government order, pandemic), the organizer will offer an alternative date or a voucher.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Attendance at the event is at the visitor’s own risk.

Customers must check tickets immediately upon receipt (date, event, seat). Any discrepancies must be reported without delay.

The venue’s house rules apply. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry for good cause.

Photography, filming, audio recordings, and the use of mobile phones during the performance are strictly prohibited.

Coats, jackets, backpacks, umbrellas, and similar items must be stored in the cloakroom. Animals are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.

During events, photographs and video recordings may be taken by the organizer or authorized third parties. These recordings may be used for documentation purposes as well as for marketing and promotional activities (including website, social media, print materials and press coverage).

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests consent to the use of images and audio recordings in which they may be identifiable for the purposes stated above, without entitlement to compensation.

If a guest does not wish to appear in such recordings, they may inform the event staff on site.

Austrian law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
