Can the venue be booked for private events?
Yes, Mirage is perfect for a variety of events, including birthdays, weddings, special occasions, and more. We can accommodate almost any request. Please contact us at events@mirage.wien.
Does the entire venue need to be rented?
You can choose to rent the entire venue, just the main hall, or only the foyer with the bar. We provide tailored solutions for every event.
Smaller groups can also be integrated into the show experience.
What is the capacity of the venue?
Depending on the seating arrangement, Mirage can host between 250 and 400 people. Please visit https://www.mirage.wien/eventlocation-mirage/ for detailed information on capacity and seating layouts.

Can a private event be combined with a show?
Yes, we offer the option to enhance your evening with one of our shows, such as the Strauss Dinner Show, Secret Wonder, Magie Royal, or a Burlesque Show, adding a unique touch to your event.
Is catering available?
Our professional kitchen offers a range of options, from plated menus to flying dinner variations. Whether it’s a gala, corporate event, or casual gathering, we create an unforgettable culinary experience. External catering is also an option; please indicate this in your request. Organization & Process
Is there a cloakroom for coats?
Yes, we provide a cloakroom for coats and backpacks.
How long do the shows typically last?
Show durations vary depending on the program.
Is there a break during the shows?
Some shows include breaks, during which themed dishes are served.
When should guests arrive at the venue?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
Is there a dress code?
We suggest Casual Chic.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers can join the show but are kindly asked to wait for applause before taking their seats to avoid disruptions.
Are seats assigned or free seating?
Seating is assigned based on the ticket category. We guide you to your reserved seats. For specific seating requests, please mention them in the booking notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
From what age are children allowed?
Children aged 5 and older are welcome. Please note that children under 5 are not permitted.
Is there a box office?
Yes, but we recommend booking tickets via www.mirage.wien.
Can purchased tickets be refunded due to illness?
Tickets cannot be refunded as seating and meals are pre-arranged. However, please contact us promptly at office@mirage.wien to find a suitable solution.
Are there discounts for larger groups?
Yes, for groups of 10 or more, please email us at office@mirage.wien for tailored options.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, tickets can be transferred. Please notify us at office@mirage.wien in advance.
Will we share a table with other guests?
Tables are shared, but tickets booked together will be seated at the same table. VIP tickets guarantee a private table.
Exclusive tables are also available for:
- Balcony: 7+ tickets
- Loge: 5+ tickets
- Manege: 6+ tickets
What if we cannot attend on the booked date?
With advance notice, we can reschedule your tickets for a different date.
Are there accessible seating options?
Yes, accessible seating is available in the "Balcony" category. Please mention your needs in the booking notes.
Are vegan or gluten-free menus available? What about allergies?
We accommodate special dietary requirements. Please note these when booking or email office@mirage.wien with your booking number.
Can I make any other special menu requests?
With timely notice, our kitchen can accommodate almost any request. Please include your wishes in the note field when making your reservation.

Mirage features state-of-the-art technology, lighting effects, a modern sound system, and professional table settings to create a magical atmosphere.
Are the seats comfortable for longer events?
Yes, tables and padded benches in the balconies ensure a comfortable experience. For accessible seating, choose the "Balcony" category and inform us during booking.
Is the venue acoustically suited for music?
The modern sound system ensures excellent acoustics, perfect for all types of music.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Mirage is fully accessible. Please inform us of your needs when booking.
Is the venue climate-controlled?
Yes, Mirage is fully air-conditioned and heated for comfort year-round.

Are there parking options near the venue?
There are two large parking garages in the immediate vicinity:

How is the venue connected to public transport?
The Mirage event location is optimally connected to the public transportation network.
SubwayThe U2 underground station Messe-Prater is only a few minutes' walk from the Mirage.
The U1 stop Praterstern is 800 meters away from the Mirage.
TrainThe Praterstern S-Bahn stop is 800 meters from the Mirage.
Any special travel or access instructions?
Mirage is located in the heart of Vienna’s Prater at Prater 75 (next to Freudplatz 1), 1020 Vienna.
